Accepted Payment Methods for Our Great Rentals
I. PAYMENT BY CHECK:

NOTE: The Payment Schedule assumes the Credit Card Processing fee will be paid, If paying by check, your payment due is the "Initial Deposit to be Paid" minus the credit card processing fee. Any overpayment will be adjusted or refunded accordingly.
Due to postal delays, dates are only secured once all four items are received:
- Signed Rental Documents (attached to the same email as this document)
- Invoice/Quote (printed or attached)
- Copy of your driver's license
- Initial payment
Instructions for mailing your payment:
- Use US Priority Mail (less than $10) or US Express Mail (Certified Mail will not secure dates).
- Scan and email, text a photo, or fax (to 844-477-2600) the required documents.
- Text a photo of the post office receipt with the tracking number and expected arrival date.
- Confirm receipt of the text.
Your dates will be held while documents and payment are in transit. Once payment is received, you'll receive an email confirmation and your dates will be secured.
II. ELECTRONIC PAYMENT USING "NO FEES" FRIENDS/FAMILY METHODS:
For: Venmo, PayPal, & Zelle
If you prefer these methods, you must have an account with the service. Payments must use the "Friends & Family" option to avoid fees. Ensure the full amount is paid as detailed in the Quote/Invoice email.
We Prefer: Venmo or PayPal (Zelle can be problematic for full payments and refunds).
After accepting your signed documents and initial payment, you'll receive an email confirmation and your dates will be secured.
III. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD:
Steps to pay by credit card:
- Scan and email or fax the required documents.
- Text or call 504-669-0548 to verify we've received your documents & request a Credit Card Invoice be sent to your email address for payment.
- Pay the emailed Credit Card Invoice, which will include a 4% processing fee for the amount invoiced.
