Patricia (Your Host)
Patricia has entrepreneurship in her blood, coming from a long line of business owners and landlords. She purchased her first property in 1986 and became a landlord in 1987. With nearly 40 years of experience in long-term rentals and short-term (vacation) rentals since 2011, Patricia is an expert in the field and often mentors other landlords. Over the years, she also owned and operated storefronts in Louisiana and Mississippi with a major franchise organization and managed the regional office for that franchise. Now in her 60s, Patricia is thriving, doing what she loves most: providing exceptional short-term and long-term rentals that exceed renters' expectations.
As the face of our company, Patricia Dalton is often the first and last point of contact for our guests. She handles booking requests and creates all the content for our website, contracts, signage, documents, and more.
Grady (Co-Host)
Grady, Patricia's business partner, ensures any minor on-site issues are promptly addressed. With a vast network of contractors at his disposal, any problem that arises, Grady can quickly resolve it. His decades of experience in property management have fostered strong relationships that often result in same-day responses for unexpected issues. That said, Grady prides himself on catching it early, before it becomes an issue for our guests. That said, no one will spot an issue quicker, than those staying at one of the properties and we very much appreciate our Guests pointing out something they notice, before it ever becomes an issue for a booking.
Janet (Assistant)
Janet, our office assistant, handles everything from filing to warranty claims. Before arrival, guests might interact with Janet regarding charge card payments or receive quick email responses from her if Patricia is unavailable. Janet, Patricia, and Grady have known each other since the early 90s, and Janet has been working with Patricia on and off since 2006. She is the third point of contact for arriving guests and knows all our properties intimately.
Nadiya (Head Cleaner)
Nadiya has been managing the cleaning of our rental properties since 2011. Originally from Ukraine, she has lived in the United States for almost two decades. Her dedicated team, also Ukrainian, is incredibly thorough. Although Nadiya runs a tight ship and manages multiple clients, we rely on her for impeccable cleaning. We count on guests to follow the departure instructions precisely, as our large properties and professional cleaners have limited time to prepare for new arrivals. There is no extra time for early arrivals on same-day check-ins or check-outs and her cleaning crew is booked weeks in advance so late check-outs are rarely possible.
Property Inspector
Each property is inspected on the same day of check-in. For same-day check-ins and check-outs, this inspection often coincides with the cleaners finishing up, typically handled by Grady. For other check-ins or check-outs, Grady, Janet, or Patricia will inspect the property after the cleaners. This task is usually completed after the office day, typically after 2 PM on the same day guests arrive, making early check-ins very challenging.
