Hi, I'm Patricia!

My journey into property management began in my 20s, with long-term rentals that taught me the ins and outs of caring for a home and keeping residents happy. Most of my career, though, was spent working alongside my father in his business, a role that often filled my days and taught me the value of hard work and dedication. In my spare hours, I helped care for my mother until she passed, and I’ve since poured my time into building a life I love, centered around family, friends, and the places I call home.

As a longtime favorite aunt, I’ve always been surrounded by children, though I never had any of my own. I never married.  Over the years, my passion for people, hosting, and exploring new places led me to the vacation rental business, which I’ve grown to absolutely love. Unlike owning franchised hair salons (a past venture!), vacation rentals let me directly connect with guests and personally oversee every detail, ensuring every experience meets my standards. If something ever needs fixing or adjusting, I have trusted local service providers ready to jump in, often within minutes.

But there’s more to me than work! I share my home with two small but mighty dogs: a feisty long-haired Chihuahua and a chatty Shih Tzu-Poodle mix. Recently, an orange tabby cat also joined the family, winning me over despite my lifelong belief that I “wasn’t a cat person.” When I'm not tending to properties or spending time with my crew, I’m an adrenaline lover: from snorkeling with sharks and skydiving (just once at 19, but it counts!), to roller coasters, jet skiing, and four-wheeling, I find joy in excitement and exploration. I’m also passionate about travel, dancing like nobody’s watching (even if I’m terrible at it), and creating unforgettable spaces for my guests.

Running vacation rentals allows me a great deal of freedom. I handle guest bookings, calendars, and every last detail of the guest experience, often working late and starting my day closer to noon—a perfect fit for this industry. Even so, my guests have two alternative contacts available, ensuring someone is always reachable.

I love being able to combine my hospitality background with nearly 40 years of real estate experience. Having established solid relationships with local contractors and service providers, I can swiftly address any unexpected issues. Thankfully, those are rare, and our wonderful guests often alert us to minor things before they become larger problems.

My ultimate goal? To exceed every guest’s expectations. I take pride in building connections with repeat visitors and referrals from satisfied guests, making each stay a standout experience. If you're looking for a host who values comfort, reliability, and a touch of fun, I’d love to welcome you!
